Abstract

The purpose of this study was to check the affective commitment of the employees of Rescue 1122. In addition, the study aimed to explore thesatisfaction as well as the level of emotional exhaustion among employees in reference with their jobs. The study was carried an employees working in Rescue 1122. Total 170 questionnaires were distributed among the employees of the company out of which 140 were recovered. Furthermore, Pearson Correlation analysis was conducted to check the relationship between emotional exhaustion and affective commitment and between job satisfaction and affective commitment. The results suggest that employees perceptions of affective commit-ment is positively related to their perceptions of job satisfaction while employees perception of affective commitment is negatively related to their perceptions of emotional exhaustion.
